DESCRIPTION:Welcome to Furwood Forest\, a bountiful woodland locked in conflict. Powerful factions vie for control of the populated clearings and their citizens as adventurous vagabonds work to undermine (or assist) these factions. \n\n \n  \nThe clever and ever-scheming animal factions are pressing their political influence! How will you and your fellow vagabonds react to the evolving plots unfolding (openly and secretly) before you? Tread wisely: your decisions may have dire future consequences for all… \nRoot is a rules-light RPG where player decisions lead to persistently shifting power-struggles within the woodland war\, resulting in permanent progression changes to the game each week. Commitment is light\, allowing players to walk away from the game week to week and enjoy Oregon’s own woodland empire. We will be continuing this ongoing campaign every Sunday\, and are always looking to welcome new folk to the forest! \nA brief overview of the game by publisher Magpie Games can be found below: \n \n  \nAdditional Info:\nTo reserve your seat\, please use the form near the top of the page. You may still play if you do not register\, but should there be too many players at a time\, registrations sign-ups will be given priority. Players of all skill levels are always welcome to the table. We encourage players to let us know if they need any help or info; that’s what we’re here for! All required materials can be provided\, but you are welcome to bring your own favorite D6 dice\, pencil\, and/or Root character sheet if you desire. \nFor any player who’d like more game info or a guiding hand\, want to make a custom/modified character\, or want to avoid potentially offensive/upsetting subject matter and desire going over community gaming safety tools with the Dungeon Master prior to playing\, we recommend either arriving early to the game\, or reaching out and contacting the DM.
